His career spans leadership roles at major multinational corporations, including serving as Head of Accounting and Controlling for Siemens Energy, where he and his team were essential players in the carve-out and separate DAX listing.
He combines a deep knowledge of SAP systems with strategic financial insight, having managed large-scale corporate projects with teams 100+ consultants. A key differentiator is his extensive network cultivated over 30 years—he knows not just the consulting partners, but the specialists who actually deliver the work. This enables him to rapidly assemble highly specialized teams tailored to each client’s specific technical and organisational needs, tapping consultants with proven track records rather than relying on cookie cutter consulting approaches.
